Advanced Mentoring for Owners

Advanced Mentoring is a 1 year program personally conducted by Jayme and Richard for a group of 15-20 successful owners who want to streamline their existing businesses and take them to a higher level. This program is not for beginners, startups, or businesses in dire straits.

This is a program for owners who:

• Have been in business for at least 3 years.
  
  
• Are profitable.
  
  
• Want to dramatically increase income and reduce workload.
  
  
• Are committed to transforming their businesses into a standalone operation.

Executive Impact Roundtable includes:

• Two Live coaching teleconferences each month
  
  In one meeting you’ll hear a live, members-only webinar by Jayme or Richard. The second is Q&A forum where you can get specific answers and solutions. These sessions are for your executive group only, so the atmosphere is private and personal. ($59 each x 24 or $1,416)
  
  
• Personal Email check ins with Jayme
  
  You’ll trade personal emails with Jayme to check your program status and receive personal answers, pointers and suggestions from her. Jayme’s one of the best, most experienced coaches in the country and her personal rate is $750/hour. We’ll call it $149/month or $1,788
  
  
• Quarterly 2-day retreats
  
  Each quarter, the group will come together at a regional location and spend two solid days with Jayme and Richard in hands-on workshops, presentations, and group roundtables. These meetings are a powerful experience that provide a wealth of information and create a powerful, supportive bond between participants. ($1,995 x 4 or $7,980)
  
  
• Members-only online forum
  
  A place where you and your fellow group members can meet and exchange ideas and solutions anytime. Post questions, ideas, get answers, stay in touch. Jayme stops in to see how you’re doing. ($59/month or $708)

All together, you get:

Is it worth $12,000? As with all out programs, you can look at them as expenses or as investments. If you invested $12,000 and improved your bottom line by 20% from now into the future, that probably worth many times the initial investment.

Then there’s the lower stress and shorter workweeks. Would an extra 10 hours a week with the family for the rest of your life be worth $12K?

So is $12,000 a good investment? We certainly think so. But this program is less than half that, or $497 per month.

What to do next:

Because the group members need to be in roughly similar situations for maximum benefit, we’d like to talk with you before you join. Here’s how it works:

1. If you haven’t done so, listen to with our approach by listening to Richard’s audio presentation. This is important because you need to be comfortable with our approach before you get involved.
   
   
2. Fill out a simple (3 minute) application and our Program Advisor will contact you for a brief conversation to see if Owners Mentoring Program might be a good fit for you. Here’s the application.
   
   
3. That’s it. When you’re comfortable with what you hear and we feel confident that the program can help you, the Program Advisor will take you through the sign up process (it’s very simple) and you’ll be ready to go.

How many people in the group?

We try to keep it between 15-20.

What if I don’t like it?

To be fair to the group, we ask that you be sure and serious before joining. You can, however, drop out until the start of the fourth month and if you do, we’ll refund your fees for the months you paid.

Where are the quarterly meetings & how are expenses handled?

We try to set up the groups regionally and in places with easy airport access to minimize cost and inconvenience. We use nice but not extravagant hotels. We provide a continental breakfast each day. Other meals, travel and room expense are paid by the group members.
