What we’ve discovered is that there are three keys to getting this information across and more importantly, getting it to stick and work for you.

1. The information has to be the right information meaning it must be practical rather than theoretical so you can actually take the tools and make them work in your business.

3. You need support, feedback, and coaching. You can make progress on your own but books only go so far and it’s very easy to get distracted and off-course. The program is broken into 16 modules that each cover a key area. All are written in plain English and supply real-world techniques that are easily implemented in bite-sized chunks and at your own pace. One-on-one coaching insures that the information is completely clear.  
  
  
• Support: A great program won’t help you if you don’t implement it and there’s simply no substitute for a coach who has helped hundreds of people do exactly what you’re doing. Meaning somebody who thoroughly understands the mechanics of building a standalone business as well as the people skills to motivate (sometimes including a kick in the pants) and support you as you go.

Extreme Impact Coaching Includes:

• A program customized to your needs. You and your coach will jointly develop a program that serves you best. Your program is sequenced, scheduled and paced to your needs, and emphasizes the areas where your business needs the most attention.
  
  
• One on One coaching sessions: Coaching sessions are conducted by phone to review progress, solve problems, answer questions, provide guidance, receive new materials, and define next steps. Between meetings, you follow the steps to implement the systems and methods. You’ll have two hour-long meetings per month.
  
  
• A top flight personal coach who works closely with you one-one-one from start to finish. Even a great program can’t help if you don’t actually implement it, and that’s what our coaches do better than anyone. Our coaches average more than 20 years business and coaching experience and know exactly how to keep you on track.  
  
  
• Unlimited email and phone support. When you get stuck or have a question between meetings, you’re never alone. Just email or call your coach and they’ll get back to you asap (always within a day, but usually within hours) to get you back on track.
  
  
• A continuous, reliable, objective ally who you can always turn to for support. Sometimes you don’t know if you’re making a good decision or feel discouraged and unsure. Your coach is always there for you. It’s not always about business: it’s about you, too.
  

Extreme Impact Coaching programs are usually conducted over a period of 12 to 18 months, though yours may be shorter or longer. This period usually permits systems and projects to be completed in discrete, manageable pieces that fit your situation without creating overload.

Other things to know:

We don’t have long-term contracts. Our personal coaching clients stay with us because they want to, not because of a contract. It’s pay as you go. We’ll charge your credit card each month and if you want to stop your program, we just ask for 30 days notice.

There are no big or non-refundable upfront fees. There’s a one-month’s fee deposit when you sign up and that can be used as your last month’s fee.

The program fee is all-inclusive. You won’t have to pay anything more unless you want to increase the number of coaching meetings.

We’ll refund your money if you’re not delighted. To be fair, you have to attend your coaching meetings and do your part of the work, but if you’ve done your share and aren’t happy with your experience, let us know and we’ll refund your fees. In 13 years nobody’s ever asked for their money back so that tells you something, but it’s your option.
